Seafood pasta

200gr Tagliatelle
4 King Prawns
3 Mussels
1 onion
Olive oil
White Wine
Heavy Cream

  1. Chop the onion.
  2.  Peel the shell and devein the prawns.
  3.  Cook tagliatelle, following packing instructions.
  4.  In a frying pan add some olive oil and have the onion sautéed
  5.  Add the prawns and the mussels to get some colour.
  6.  Add the ouzo and be careful.
  7.  Continue with the wine to give it some more flavour.
  8.  When the alcohol evaporates add your heavy cream and proceed with the  tagliatelle.
  9.  Add salt and pepper depending on your taste.

Serve hot!

  • Fresh parmesan cheese
  • Fresh oregano
