4 King Prawns
- Chop the onion.
- Peel the shell and devein the prawns.
- Cook tagliatelle, following packing instructions.
- In a frying pan add some olive oil and have the onion sautéed
- Add the prawns and the mussels to get some colour.
- Add the ouzo and be careful.
- Continue with the wine to give it some more flavour.
- When the alcohol evaporates add your heavy cream and proceed with the tagliatelle.
- Add salt and pepper depending on your taste.
- Fresh parmesan cheese
- Fresh oregano
