Kleftiko - Fresh marinated lamb with herbs cooked in the clay oven for six hours, served with rice, fresh mixed vegetables and a choice of potatoes.   Gemista - Stuffed fresh tomatoes, courgette and peppers with minced meat, rice and sices served with goat yoghurt cooked in tomato sauce.  
Mousaka - Fried slices of potatoes, aubergines, courgette, tomatoes, mixed with minced meat all topped with béchamel sauce and cooked in the oven, served with side salad.   Fasolaki Kokkinisto with Lamb- Fresh green beans with fresh lamb, cooked in tomato sauce served with fresh carrots and spices.  
Stifado - Fresh beef, cooked in tomato sauce with herbs, spices, onions and finished with red wine served with rice and French fries.   Kolokasi with Pork - Kolokasi cooked with pork in tomato sauce with celery and herb and a sweet potato like root vegetable  
Afelia - Pork cooked with coriander and pepper in white wine served with rice and French fries.
